The Precision Flow Control (PFC) load stabilization and containment system used in all Klein tanks provides the ultimate “containment” or “control” of the flow, surge,  and movement of material inside the tank, keeping the center of gravity at its absolute lowest possible point, ensuring safe weight distribution.  In addition to offering superior water tank load stabilization, PFC also adds to the structural integrity of all tank systems.  Constructed of heavy prime steel plate, all individual tank heads and baffles are flanged, making them 5 times stronger than competitive “flat” heads and baffles.  All heads and baffles are welded 100% in place for maximum strength.

SUCTION LOADING SYSTEM

• Self loading pumps and piping available.  Complete with single, cab operated switch for changeover from pumping to suction loading.  20 ft. of suction hose and tank mounted suction hose carriers included.

FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM

• Designed for use with foam.  Includes stainless steel foam tank, proportioning regulator, fog to straight stream nozzle and related valves and hoses.  Requires Turret Monitor.

PAYLOAD BALANCING SYSTEM

• Prevents uneven distribution of tank load when traveling up or down steep grades.

PULSE SPRAY CONTROLS

• Intermittent spray control electronic timer controls the discharge spray systems “on” cycle and “off” cycle.  Each cycle is adjustable in 1 second increments from 1 to 60 seconds.  Pulse spray enables operator to “strip” water, preventing excessive watering on steep grades.

INTERIOR COATING

• A variety of tank interior rust-resistant coatings are available in addition to Klein’s standard coating.
